1. Overview

Smart Parenting India is committed to providing high quality parenting education to Indian parents. We stand behind our courses and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be requested.

2. Key Definitions

Course Access: Viewing any video lesson inside the course on Classplus platform.

Download Activity: Downloading any PDF guide or resource included with the course.

Refund Period: 7 days from the date of original purchase.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • Request made within 7 days of purchase date
  • Less than 20% of course content has been watched
  • No PDF guides have been downloaded
  • Valid reason provided for refund request

If any of these conditions are not met — refund will not be granted.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refund will be issued if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • More than 20% of course content has been watched
  • Any PDF guide has been downloaded
  • Course was purchased at discounted or promotional price
  • Request is made after course completion

5. How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Send email to support@smartparentingindia.com

Step 2: Include the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Phone Number used for purchase
  • Purchase Date
  • Order ID / Transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request
  • Screenshot of purchase confirmation

Step 3: Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours.

Step 4: We will verify your account activity on Classplus.

Step 5: Decision will be communicated within 3 business days.

6. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • UPI and Bank transfer refunds may take 3-5 additional days depending on your bank

7. Access Termination

Upon approval of refund:

  • All course access will be immediately terminated
  • Downloaded PDFs should be deleted
  • Account may be deactivated

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are unhappy with our refund decision:

  • Contact us at support@smartparentingindia.com
  • We will review your case within 48 hours
  • We are committed to fair resolution

Please contact us BEFORE raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks raised without contacting us first will result in permanent account termination.
